Visio internal error #2107 Action 1443

I posted in troubleshooting but realized that I should
have posted here...

I am running visio 5.0 in windows xp in compatibility
mode (ignoring this error messsage as advised on by this
newsgroup: "Visio is incompatible with this version of
Windows. For more information, contact Microsoft.")

When I try to print I am getting a Visio internal error
#2107 Action 1443: Print First try closing and reopening
the file. Next try restarting Visio. I did both and I
still get this error message. Then while running word
with visio minimized everything locked up for a few
minutes, I got an waiting for an ole program message then
things seemed to go back to normal but I still can't
print from Visio.

Help!
