Post subject: Visio crashes printing to Samsung Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)
Whenever I try to print to a Samsung ML-1710 (attached
directly via USB), Visio generates an error and shuts
down. The error in the Event Log is:
Faulting application visio.exe, version 10.0.2420.4,
faulting module ssgb1.dll, version 0.3.5.0, fault address
0x00012838.
This has happened on two computers. I'm running W2000-sr4
on Celeron 1.4 w/ 256Mb RAM. (The other computer was W2000-
sr4 on PentiumIII-550 w/ 384Mb RAM).

Try to print after embedding into Word. The printer
driver may cause problem with Visio which leads to the
problem.
