We have a problem where a Visio 2003 diagram embedded in
Word won't print. It comes out as nothing or as just a
line or something. It doesn't matter if it is embedded in
Word 2002 or 2003.
It is not a HP issue as we can print Visio diagrams
created in Visio 2000 and embedded into word - no
problems.

check the word option setting first under print tab. do it set to print an
object?

I am also having this problem. It's not that it won't
print... It's printing at about a 100 times the graphic's
size so you are probably seeing a blank upper left corner.
That's how it is in a dozen of my documents. If there's
nothing in the corner, then it looks like it's not
printing.
We have found that it you don't touch the embedded object,
then it prints fine. As soon as you resize it or open it
to make an edit, all bets are off that it will print
correctly. Once it's gone bad, you have to open the
drawing, save it in old Visio and reinsert it. Very
frustrating! Everyting looks A-OK in page view and print
preview, so you don't know you have a problem until you
print.
