My colleague sent me a Visio file but all the Visio pages created are become
hidden. The file name display in the top is different from a normal Visio
file which is as follow,

XXX.vsd:Functional band.77 <GROUP>

Pls help how to display those hidden pages. Many thanks!

Can you not ask your colleague to unhide the pages ? How do you know
that there are hidden pages?
Even so, at least one page must be visible, it's only the tabs that
are hidden, not the actual pages themselves.
What can you see of the document ?

That's not a page - it's a group shape open in edit mode!
Close the window with the cross in thetop right corner (not the Visio appp)

Hi Paul,

My colleague did not know what he did that lead all pages become hidden. I
checked to the "properties" of the visio file, it showed that there are 10
pages flowcharts in the visio file.

What I can see in the file is only an empty functional band.

Hi David,

Thanks!

I tried to close the window by clicking the cross at the top right corner
but what happen is the file then closed (not the application closed). When I
re-open the file, it show me the same page again.

Are you sure that you clicked the close sheet cross , not the close app
(that is the very top right)?

Do you want to send me the file, Angus. I'll see if I can fix it.
