Post subject: Visio Excel Link Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>general (more info?)
I am pretty sure this can be done however I an not sure how...I have an excel
list with data I would like to place in the properties of a shape in Visio
2003. I would also like for these to be linked thus a change to the data in
the excel sheet will automatically change in the Visio diagram. How can this
be done?

If you use the Visio Extras / Database Wizard, then it will lead you through
linking Excel data to Shape custom properties
