Post subject: Printing Visio Diagram on HP Deskjet 5150
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)

Whenever I try printing from Visio, only about the bottom
1/3 of the page prints. When I move the drawing to that
part of the page, it prints. Therefore, I know that the
objects in the drawing have not been formatted to not
print.

I went to the Microsoft website to see what I could find,
and there were the only two things that looked similar -
not specifically for the HP Deskjet 5150.

I tried following the instructions for the first one, but
when the instructions got to "click on ZoomSmart" I was
lost because I did not see that in my print properties.
The second one did not really seem to apply to a DeskJet
printer.

Does anybody have any ideas how I can get my entire
diagram to print on this printer?

Jagadeesh,

Thank you for your suggestion. It worked, and I can now
print out the entire Visio diagram.

Thanks, again, for taking the time to answer my question.

I followed the suggestion provided and found my documents will print -
but all of my documents, which are laid out in landscape format print
in portrait format (sized smaller to fit). Is there a way to print the
document landscape as it appears on the screen?
