What command line arguments did you use with analyze? You appear to
have inconsistencies, which sometimes may only be fixed with one of the
"-f" flags.
Also, you may want to make a full backup of the VSS data directory
before running or use the "-b" option just in case.

I am using the command 'analyze -v4 -f'

If you run analyze a second time, do you still get the error messages?
Also, what are you trying to diff?
