VSS Logged Information

We are using VSS Version 6.0d. For enhance the authentication we need to track who had used VSS.

I need to do three steps.
1- Logged In information
2- Checkin/Checkout Information.
3- Get latest by the user.

Soultion needed:
1-In VSS I didnt find any option to check the logging information.
2- But found how to check the log of Checkin files. Option enabled from VSS admin site.
3- But not found get latest information who & what taken.

Can you help me in (1) & (3).
