Post subject: Static mapping to print in Visio Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)
Visio projects get created and printed to a network printer. If the
same project is forwarded to another user, the project will print
automatically to the same network printer. Why does this not go to the
new users default printer?

Issue seems to be related to Visio 2000. It is by design
to cache the default printer of a user; In the next user,
select File -> Print Setup and change the printer. Then
the issue will be fixed.
