I need to enlarge my drawing, originally created on letter
paper, to a larger size for a plotter.

When I increase the drawing my dragging, or change the
Drawing Scale, the text in the objects stays small.

How can I change the scale of the drawing AND change the
text size all at the same time?

Thanks for your assistance!

If you are just trying to plot a bigger paper size, then just change the
printer paper size, and ensure Fit To1 by 1 is set on the File \ Page Setup
dialog.
