Can Runtime 2000 Coexist with Access 2007

I deploy A2000 Runtime packages. It appears that these packages are not compatible with Full Version Access 2007 (see below for original issue).

The response to the original issue was:
"The developer should get off his butt and ensure his app uses A2007."

I have found a web site that claims to provide an installation product that will make Access 2000 runtime Apps compatible with any Access version from A95-A2007. This suggests that there is a solution to the problem of Access 2000 Runtime coexisting with Access 2007.

I would appreciate any information regarding how A2000 Runtime can coexist with A2007 Full Version without having to deploy an A2000 DB with an A2007 Runtime solution.
