Refreshing search results on check-in of multiple files.

Sometimes, and I stress sometimes... if I use the search function to perform
a search on all files check-out by me in a specific project and then check
all of these files in the search seems to refresh and the results disapear
from screen.

This is a massive issue if we are trying to label files after checkin which
we do on a regular basis. i.e. I change 20 files, in VS 6 I would search for
these using the method described above, select all the results and right
click check-in and then click the label button to label all the newly checked
in files with the same label.

Has anyone else experienced this as its causing major concerns for our
development / release process..
