Also reference the uploading instructions provided by your web host in the
FAQs or support section.
Unless you are using a form on your site I would suggest that you use FTP
uploading protocol and consider downloading and installing the free FTP
client FileZilla:
http://filezilla-project.org/ It is likely to be easier for you. Also
peruse and understand the directions on this page:
http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/documentation/
Reference: Aplus.net: How do I upload with Filezilla:
http://www.apluskb.com/scripts/How_do_I_upload_with_answer3668.html
This article has some good screenshots that may help you understand how to
use FileZilla, though it is likely to be slightly different with your host.

Post subject: Re: Publish Web Site [Login to view extended thread Info.] Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)
Just to help future users.
Using Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 and Vista.
After creating Website, File/Save to a folder. Then File/Publish to Web to
another folder - file name will be index by default. You should then see
index.htm and folder index_files containing the images in the folder.
Open up FileZilla and enter e.g. ftp.any.com then User Name and password.
You will see a folder "web" on the right hand side.
Drag "index.htm" and folder "index_files" from left hand side to folder "web"
Hopefully, you're in business.
