Problem printing to HP DesignJet 1055CM PS3

Hello -
I have Visio 2003 Standard, and have a very large drawing that is 34" x
108" -- The document was origionally created on Visio 2000, but had grown to
over 19MB in size. I upgraded to 2003 and reduced the size of the drawing by
eliminating some un-needed layers, and unreferenced objects in the master
stencil. The drawing is now 2.9MB in size.

The problem I have is when printing it to the HP DesignJet 1055CM PS3
plotter, some of the graphical objects (stencil objects) don't print. They
show up in the print preview just fine. They also show up printing it to a
standard 8.5x11 on a run of the mill laser printer.

I saved the document as a Visio 2002 format and allowed someone with Visio
2000 to print it to the same printer -- same result.

After reading some messages, I installed SP1 for Visio 2003, and will try
to print it again tomorrow.

Does anyone have any advise as there is probably 500-800 man hours already
into this document from years past...
