Post subject: Printbutton in visio webpage? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)
Does someone know how I can put a printbutton in my diagram, so a user
can print a printer-friendly version, after I've saved it as webpage?
If I try to print it from my browser (File -> Print), he only prints
one frame, even when I select all frames in my print options! (and Ãf
he prints all frames, they are not printed on one page :S).

Visio 2007 can export to XPS or PDF, otherwise you need a PDF writer (such
as Adobe Acrobat).
Save the PDF or XPS file in the sub-folder of the SaveAsWeb action
Include a shape with a relative hyperlink to the PDF/XPS file on each page
of the Visio file (and modify the hyperlink to have NewWindow=1 in the
ShapeSheet)
