When I originally installed Office 2007, the online help feature worked just
fine. Now I can't get the Demo videos to work. Is there some setting I need
to check?

I purchased a E-Machine at Wal-Mart late last year, not being
informed of the fact that this machine had previously been purchased by
someone else prior to me. My problem arose when I attempted to add items and
could not supply the administative password (the previous owner had already
set it and then returned it to the store) and cannot figure it out. I now
have a very fine machine that is severely handicapped due to this problem.
Can you or anyone advise me on how to reset the Administrative Password or
at least bypass it. I would like to install my webcam, printer, other items
with no luck!
