I'm using visio to document/model a database. I need the entity shape in the
diagram to display not only the name of a column and it's datatype but also
the information in the "notes" column of the database properties window.

I can make the entity shape display all of the column attributes except
"notes". Is there any way to display the notes too?

Thanks,

Jim

I'm sorry Barb but if you use Visio for enterprise architect there are a lot
of reports and you can print the notes
"DataBase=>Report=>Table report".
Show you in a couple of week at the conference.

Enjoy with visio.
