Docswillco,

When you got the PC did you get the CD's? All you have to do is reinstall
(run the repair option) and all should be back to normal. If you didn't get
the CD's with the disc you should ask the person who gave you the PC.

If you can't get the discs I would suggest asking in the Windows XP forum,
this one is for Microsoft Access a database software. Perhaps someone in
the Windows XP form can assist you.

Sir,
What you can do, if you have outside access to the internet (in short,
another computer), you can Google the file and save it to disk. I am not
using Windows XP on this laptop, but in the past, I was using XP on my
desktop and had the same problem you are having. The advice I just gave you
is the same advice I was given in a Yahoo Help forum. Good luck.

Chris
