Manual Removal Of Visio 2003?

We are unable to remove Visio Standard 2003 using add/remove programs
or any other method, so we would like to remove it manually by
deleting all the folders and registry keys.

I have searched and seen a few other people ask this question, but no
solution was provided.
I also searched support.microsoft.com and I see no reference to manual
uninstallation of Visio 2003.

How can you remove Visio 2003 Standard when the uninstall wizards
fail?

When we try to uninstall it, there is some error like "installation
failed" or fatal error during installation. We are not able to
reinstall it either, so we would like to just remove all traces of it
that make Windows think it's already installed.

Not good you may want to use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility it works
most of the time.
