Post subject: MS Visio Standard 2007 Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>troubleshoot (more info?)
I have a trial version of Visio Standard 2007. Initially the schedule/gantt
shape template worked fine. Now, 1 day later it does not. When I pull up that
template I get a blank shape w/ no tasks, columns ... nothing shown ... just
a blank shape. I am unable to add tasks, add columns ... cannot add any of
the normal featueres/components.
MS refused to allow me to get fee-based support since this is a trial
product and I am unwilling to purchase until I get this fixed. I've
uninstalled and re-installed several times to no avail.

Good question, but no, the trial period has roughly 25 days remaining.
