Post subject: Printing Issue with Visio imported to Word
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)

I have two users who - when they copy a Visio drawing to a
word document - try and print to a b&w printer - the fonts
(only) will not show on the printed document.

- The fonts are still in the document - they are
somehow being transposed into a negative attribute -
(black fonts print white - white fonts will print black)
If I change the fonts to white in the word document they
and print to a b&w printer they will print out black on
the printed document.

- This only happens to two people, I have had several
other people mapped to the same printers using the same
drivers and they print fine.

- As long as these two users print to a color printer
everything prints out fine

???????????????????????????????

Did you ever get an answer to this inquiry? I have the
same problem and am unable to find a solution.
