Post subject: Hiperlinks.
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>general (more info?)

Hi.

I have created a visio document where are many boxes. There is one hyperlink
in every box. I want to export this drawing to word in order to prepare
another document. Finally I will make a PDF file. THe problem is that I want
to hace the hiperlinks active, but I can not do it. When I insert the visio
document in word the hiperlinks don't work there.

How can I solve it?

Thanks.

The problem is that what you see in Word is effectively a screenshot
of the Visio document, it doesn't become active and provide any Visio
functionality until you double-click it, whereupon Visio is running
and able to provide the detection of the mouse moving over the shape
and, hence, the hyperlink visibility.
