Post subject: Help re: Publisher and HTML Archived from groups: microsoft>public>publisher (more info?)
I am new to using Publisher. I need to create a template that I can upload
to a blast email service. It needs to be in HTML format. Can I do that with
Publisher?

You can do this but understand that Publisher doesn't do clean HTML and the
emails you create with it may not appear as you want them to.
