Printing To HP5500 - Visio 2000-2003

Where is the breakdown that I can set the page size in the
Plotter driver (GL or PS) and it is reflected in Visio's
Print Setup dialog but not the Page Properties dialog. How
do I get the is fixed?

I had hoped this would be fixed in 2003 but it hasn't.
It's nearly impossible to get anyting to print correclty
since you can never be sure whether it's going to print
what it thinks, 8.5x11 or what is set in the print driver.

Windows 2000, Visio 2003, Past and current HP GL and PS
drivers.
