Post subject: Printing with HP Deskjet 5650 Archived from groups: microsoft>public>visio>printing (more info?)
I am attempting to print a single paged Visio file on my
HP 5650 and it is only printing a portion of the file.
The same file prints fine on other printers but this model
printer will not print the file. What should I do to be
able to print on this printer?

I have the same problem with my 7760, I talked to HP and
they indicated that this was a problem and was probably
the driver, but wouldn't go any futher than that no
indication on when it may be fixed. The only workaround
that I have found is to print the file to the Microsoft
document imager and then print that file to the printer
that seems to work alright. Good Luck
