When creating a master out of a shape with very complex geometry, the
automatically generated icon gets garbled - it almost looks like a well of
ink has been spilled on the icon. This only happens in Visio 2007, not
Visio 2003. Anybody have any thoughts?

I tried attaching two stencils to a message, but I suppose the message was
rejected by the usenet server since it never posted.

A good example would be a shape such as on the free US map stencil we have
at www.shapesource.com. The map is composed of native Visio shapes with
polylineTo rows in the ShapeSheet, and when I drag it to a blank stencil I
get a garbled icon. Note, by the way, that nobody else here has had this
issue.

Hmm. Well, I've tried both Safe Mode and repairing the Visio installation,
neither of which has resolved the problem.
