We are able to open our other sites on this particular workstation. When we
go to this other site it authenticates but does not open the website. We are
able to get to this particular site with other workstations that have
FrontPage loaded.

Is there a way to reset the site so we can access it again from this
workstation?

On the work station with the problem:
Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner ( with Expression Web and
SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.

See if it helps.
