Appreciate your continued help. It seems though that we resolve one problem
only to encounter the next one. We followed your instructions and when Front
Page was processing the Web updates, the following error message appeared:

"Could not find a webserver at 'snorkelpark.com' on port 21. Please check to
make sure that the Web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set
correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the Web server may be
temporariloy out of service."

We tried a couple of hours later and the same message appeared again. We
then called Go Daddy and they ensured us that there was nothing wrong on
their part.

Please advise.

You have to use a 3rd Party FTP application, as FP can not connect to all FTP servers.

We have been using Front Page with GoDaddy as the host for the past year
without no problem publishing. Sorry for being ignorant but what are you
referring to by "3rd Party FTP application"?

FP FTP can not always connect to FTP Servers, and if you are uploading via FTP to GoDaddy, maybe
they have upgraded there FTP server, which FP can not connect to, so in these cases you may have to
use a 3rd Party FTP, such as WS_FTP, etc.

If your account has the FP extensions install, then you should not be using FTP to upload, instead
you need to use FP's http mode.

I have recently had this 425 problem and switching off the Windows firewall
sorted it. However it is not a very satisfactory solution.

UNcheck "use passive FTP" in IE advanced properties and see if that helps.
