Does anyone know how to find the coordinates of the geometric center
(centroid) of a shape I've drawn in Visio?

That's the purpose of the PinX and PinY cells in the shapesheet for each
Visio shape. You can view them (and alter them) manually -- select the shape,
then select Window/Show shapesheet from the Visio menu -- or via code.
