You were right again! Every Note for this project has a blank line at the top.

That was just an afterthought, TraciAnn. I happened to recall trying to
help a lady figure out why her form open failed without throwing an
error message. Turned out the form did open, but outside her monitor's
display area.

The sad thing is..... I know it wont be the last time.
The good thing is.... The ribbing is a small price to pay for the wonderful
