If I change a field name in a table, will I also need to change it in any
Query, Form, or Report that I have it in or will Access automatically make
the change? Is there an easy way to do this?

You will need to do the change yourself.
There are several products available that will do find and replace on all
Access objects. An inexpensive, but very good one can be downloaded here:

Klatuu~
Hm. I'm in the process of looking into this myself. We're still on 2003
and from what I can tell it seems to making the changes through out the
database on it's own.
Queries, Forms and Reports.

You have to use the tool's options settings to control what changes are made
and where. You can choose what kind of objects to include in the search and
you can filter by name in each object type and you can specify whether it
asks before making the change.
Now, be sure you are working on a copy so when you mess it up, you can go
back to where you started.
I have been using this tool for about 3 years and I really like it a lot. I
used to use Speed Ferret up through 2000, but the vendor has not kept up with
the newer versions.
