Save the map to your computer, and insert the map image as you would any
other image.

or could try embedding it with the code provided by Google Maps and
inserting as a code snippet...should work maybe.

Perhaps that is what the OP meant, but I would call that "importing" the
map, not to get picky about the semantics.
And yes, you can insert the code, but I think you would also need to use an
iframe unless you just want to link to the map. I think I tried that a few
times, but it was faster to capture the map, save as an image, and insert
it...it loaded more quickly...if memory serves...and it often fails me these
days

I am under the impression that there is a "Copyright" matter on this issue,
which is why I use the link to the map and that way also the user can take
advantage of enlargement and direction routines from the map web site.
