I'm using an Access .mdb database to add data to a visio 2007 diagram. I know
that when you refresh data it updates the data attached to the shapes in the
diagram from the database. I was wondering if there was anyway to edit a
data field in the Diagram and have that change go backwards and change the
database.

That was left out by design, although custom code can be created to
accomplish it.
