I have several users set up on my laptop and have a database stored under one
of the users. I am not able to open that database when logged on as one of
the other users. How do I fix this. I have tried removing all passwords,
making the folder that the database is stored in a shared file with
permission to all users but neither of these will fix the problem. Can you
help?

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

A file saved in a user's profile isn't accessible by other users. That's a
security feature of your os.

If you want the db file opened by other users, save the file in a folder all
users have access to. Do you have a separate partition, a d:\ drive?
