Post subject: Count function in a report Archived from groups: microsoft>public>access>reports (more info?)
I know that this is simpler than I can imagine - but, I'm not seeing it. I
am trying to count the number of records within a section of a report, on the
report - using an unbound text box - not having any luck?? Please help -

You can add a text box to the group header or footer with a control source of:
=Count(*)
