Post subject: Apostrophes turn into boxes. Why? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>publisher>webdesign (more info?)
When I publish my webpage to the internet the apostrophe's and extra spaces
turn into boxes. I'm sure it's in the code somewhere, but I have no clue
where.

Two possibilities come to my mind. Go to Tools > Options > Web tab and
change the encoding, perhaps to Unicode UTF-8....or perhaps change the font
to a web friendly font.
