A0 To A3 or A4 Reduction

Hi

I have a couple of pictures i have had to do at A0 size, i may for training
purposes have to have copies of the pictures at either A3 or A4 size.
My question is, is there an easy way to do this so that the printing and
text will be in ratio, i've tried cutting and pasting then grabbing the
corners to 'scale it down', but the text seems to stay the same and therfore
it overflows out of the circle it's in, please help i'm using visio 5
