I'm running Outlook 2000 on a laptop w/ Windows XP Home SP2...ZoneAlarm
Internet Security...my browser is Firefox. Recently the system stopped
opening a browser window when I would click on the web-link in an email. Any
ideas of how to debug this problem?
Thanks,
RY

So what happens instead now?
This is usually because your default browser isn't properly registered. Does
it work when you set the default to IE? If so set it back to FF and try
again.

Actually, what I ended up doing was to uninstall IE and that seemed to solve
the problem...it all started when IE updated itself a month or so ago.
Whenever I would boot IE it would never ask if I wanted to make it the
default browser so I think the install or update was corrupted. All is well
now. Thanks for the prompt reply.
