The usual form is "To allow our employees to enjoy the holidays with their
families, our offices will be closed from [date] to [date]."

Since your subject line begins with the word "templates," perhaps you're
after suggestions for templates that you might use. If you click on the MS
Office button (upper left corner, circle with four squares in it), you'll
see, at the top of the drop-down list, "New." Click it; the resulting menu
items are divided into "Templates" on the top (the first four so items) and
"Microsoft Office Online" on the bottom.
If you have an Internet connection, under "Microsoft Office Online" click
"Flyers," then click "Event." Among the resulting templates, scroll down and
you'll see "Holiday event flyer (with green tree)" and "Flyer for Christmas
Event or Letters." Perhaps one or the other will be what you're after.

Regards, Dr. Paul
