Post subject: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook (2003)

I am getting the following error message when I try to look at my emails.
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists." Does anyone have an answer?
