Post subject: setup Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>installation (more info?)
i am trying to start using outlook, but when I go to launch it i get an error
"Cannot start Mircosoft Outlook. Unable to display the selected folder or
item. Could not complete operation. One or more Parameter values are not
valid" I have tried reinstalling and that hasn't worked

Try configuring Outlook via the Mail applet in the Control Panel

i have tried doing this and I still get the same error.

Version of Outlook?
Type of account, ie pop, exchange or?
When using mail applet you configured a new Profile, new account, new data
file etc?
