When I transferred all my outlook folders from 2003 to 2007 I lost the format
of these folders. Now I find that I have to individually set the options for
each folder.
I would like to know if there is a way to set a master set of options so
that all folders can have the same look, including starting new folders --
the one I want not the one built in to outlook 2007.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
ALWAYS post your Outlook version.

If you had opened the 2003 data file, within Outlook 2007, all would have
been how it was previously set.
If you used either Import or Export then many settings will have been lost -
This method of transfering native Outlook data is not reccommended, as
posted on a daily basis.
