I am using Vista, have published my calender online but it looks like people
only have the abilty to view vs add an appoinment to the calender. I have
looked through all the help files but I can not see how to get this to work
without sending or setting permissions?

Hi - I have spent alot of time browsing instructions from MS and posts on
this question. Simply put I have yet to find a way for someone else to
add/edit a shared calendar if one does NOT have Exchange and has Outlook
2007. This is frustrating as I need to add/edit my own Calendar across 3
email profiles and thought this was the way to do it. Thought? Thanx...

You are sharing it with office online? not possible to edit it with other
accounts. If you use windows xp and use the same acct logon for each
computer, the method at
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/publishcal.htm should work.

Once you have a calender published to the web how do you give a person access
to add appt. to your calender?
My office uses outlook a lot, we just recently started using 07 and can not
figure out how to set it up to be able to add appt. to other calenders.

How do you give someone permission to "add" to your calender once you have
published it? This is for Microsoft Office 2007.

You can't. that's the one HUGE failing of this Outlook function....
However there may be other possibilities. Where is the person that you want
to be able to add to this calendar physically located compared to you?
