Post subject: outlook 2007 dist list; an internal support function returned an e Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>contacts (more info?)
i'm running Vista with office 2007. i've created a distribution list in the
address book with six recipients that are in my Contacts. when i click Send
I get "an internal support function returned an error". Please help.

State what information store you are using and how you created the DL. What
happens if you create a new DL from scratch? --

If I understand what you mean by "information store", no, I'm not running
Exchange or anything like that. This is Outlook 2007 installed on a single
notebook PC. Once I open the address book, I use File>New Entry>New
Distribution List to create it. Yes, I've tried rebuilding from scratch,
same error.

There is no address book in Outlook, only Contacts Folders. You never use
the address book view to enter or create data. You only use Contacts Folders
for that.
