I'm changing to a new computer and trying to upload all my data and
configuration files. After installing Office 2007, Outlook 2007 does not have
the rules wizard in the Tools menu. Where do I enable or download the Rules
Wizard functionality?

There is nothing to download. Do you have a Rules and Alerts option off the
tools menu?

The other thing we can check for is to see if it has been disabled by
Outlook. To do this, pick Help > About Disabled Items.

Hi Greg,

another reason can be, if you did not create an email account.
The Rules Wizard is only available if you use an email account.

Did you create an Email account in Outlook?
