Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>thirdpartyutil (more info?)

I have several users that I would label as Rule-obsessives. They may employ
100 rules or more. Unfortunately, when an email mysteriously disappears on
arrival, it is difficult to sift through the logic. A log file detailing
which rule deleted the message would be nice. So far, I have only found this
through the PopTray / YPops programs. I was wondering if there was some
utility that would graphically map out the rules. A flowchart of this type
would help consolidate the rules and track the logic.
Some of my users employ Outlook (2000, 2002, 2003, 2007) and some employ
Outlook Express/Windows Live. So, the wider the package base, the better.
