microsoft word error when sending message in outlook using..

I have recreated the error and have a screen shot. Don't see how to attach
anything here. First it is a shared distribution list. Second if the user
goes into the contacts and renames the list, IT WORKS. My user just renamed
it from "old name group" to "old name Report group" and it worked. Third now
it comes up with the header as "Microsoft Office Outlook" instead of
"Microsoft Office Word" the rest is still the same. A yellow triangle with an
exclamaton point in it, With the words "An unexpected error has occured."
with an OK button. I do not know how else to explain it.
