Post subject: How can I merge two calendars in Outlook 2007? Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>calendaring (more info?)
Hi,
I have MS Outlook 2007. I have 2 calenders - one calendar is from my work's
exchange email account and the other is a personal folder calendar. How can
I merge the appointments from my work calendar onto my personal calendar or
vice versa?

You can overlay one calendar on top of the other. To do this:
1. In Calendar view, under where it says "My Calendars" in the Navigation
Pane on the left, put a checkbox next to the names of both your calendars.
This should show the calendars side-by-side.
2. There is an arrow on the tab at the top of the calendar on the right.
(The tool tip on it says "View in Overlay Mode.") Click on that arrow.
The calendars should now be on top of each other like they're merged.

Are both calendars in your profile? Do you actually want to merge them or
just overlay the calendars? To merge them switch to a table view (like by
category), select one item and Ctrl+A to select all. Copy and paste (or
drag) into the other calendar.

Thank you both for your help. They were both very helpful.
