Hi
I would like to design web page, if there is any possibility to make a
vertical menus in power point presentation, I use powerpoint 2007

Of course you can do that. I recommand y'll m ake it in the master, with

How I can design this menu, if there is any more details how to do it, or
some sites can show how to do it, I am novice to powerpoint but have keen
desire to learn it

Open the master slide once your presentation is ready
draw text boxes on the left
Right click on the edge of the text boxes / Hyperlinks
select the side number to which you want to go while clicking on the box
Finish by clicking on OK
Then press F5 to start you slide show and click on the text boxes to see it
it works properly

Thanks for help, can these menus be designed to change colour or shapes when
mouse go over them as normal with web pages

You know PowerPoint isn't a good choice for creating a web site.

If you are looking for a free program maybe Kompozer would do the trick?
