Post subject: How do I make a meeting on someone else's calender and not mine Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>calendaring (more info?)
I want to add meetings or block off time for other employess but I don't
wan't it to be on my calendar..when i delete a meeting on mine it want's to
delete it from every one's calendar.

Do you have Exchange server software? What version of Outlook?
If you do, then get yourself Permission to their Calendars and then you can
open their Calendars, make appointments on them and stop "inviting" people
and yourself to meetings.
